Patricia Davidson’s experience has been built on a 24-year career in the Telecommunication and Medical Technology Industries. Currently she holds the position of Customer Experience Global Lead in BD, while before she was the Director of Customer Experience Insights, Strategy and Design for AT&T.
Besides Customer Experience, she has managed multi–million dollar turn-key projects around the world for Fortune 500 companies in which she found great success at putting the customer as the center of the operations, generating profitability and loyalty.
Patricia’s unique skill combination makes it possible to translate customer wants and needs into actionable solutions. She holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master’s in Program/ Project Management and an MBA with a concentration in marketing.
