He has diversified experience of over 18 years, built across different industries (FMCG/Pharma) in CX/PX, Sales, Marketing and Customer Marketing at market leading companies. Expert in product solutions and services, strategy development and implementation, combined with efficient commercialization models, leading large and cross-functional teams. Currently he is leading the Customer Solutions Unit at Novartis Hellas, developing Value Based Partnerships with Health Care System stakeholders aiming to optimize in a significant way the Greek Patient pathways and improving their experience and satisfaction, beyond treatment.
