Michelle Batt

Michelle Batt is a Customer Experience (CX) thought leader, advisor, bi-lingual speaker with 30 years of experience in Business, Marketing and Communications, skilled in delivering tangible customer centered results across industries. While she is currently in a consulting role, Michelle has been a CX practitioner for most of her career, leading multi-national organizations in CX transformation work, integrating all key components: voice of the customer, data and prediction analytics, employee and customer engagement, governance and corporate culture, cross organization collaboration, digital experience and technology, human-centered design and design thinking.  

 She is a recent graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics Program (#HBAP), which has enabled her to further integrate data analytics, machine learning and AI into her work. In her personal time, she volunteers as a patient advocate supporting families impacted by cancer and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
