Mandisa Makubalo, founder and CEO of South Africa’s first 100% black women centric Group Consulting Firm called The Unlimited Experiences SA Group Consulting Firm and is currently listed in the 2023 Top 100 Globally Recognised Multidisciplinary
Thought Leader recognised in the areas of Customer Experience, Design Thinking and Project Management. She has been leading both national and international projects in business since 2011 and uses her expertise, insight and experience to lead
consultancy by sharing her wisdom, knowledge, expertise and experience with others.

Some of her work experience includes the following:

• Business mentor and coach for UVU Africa on the Tech Tools for Women in
Business Program in 2023;
• Training Facilitator for UVU Africa on the Tech Tools for Women in Business
Program since 2021, training women entrepreneurs on brand building and
design thinking and she also trained entrepreneurs in both East Africa and West
Africa on Go To Market Strategies;
• appointed as a Business Expert Advisor by Akro Capital on their Township
Acceleration Programme where she was nominated as the Top Expert Advisor
at the end of the programme (she gave expert advisor on developing business
models, comprehensive business plans for start-ups, acquisitions, merges and
scaling businesses, developing pitch decks and business model canvas for
funding;
• guest lecturer at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business
Solution Space on Customer Profitability;
• judge to MBA students at the University of Cape Town School of Business
pitching for business funding

Mandisa is regarded as a seasoned and highly trusted thought leader who is also an
Amazon listed co-author of the Customer Experience 3 book which she co-authored
with 23 other international authors. In 2023 she has established the country’s first
black women centric Think Tank which is designed for black women in business and
young girls in the townships of South Africa called “SABWTT (Pty) Ltd short for “The
South African Black Women Think Tank”.

She is a University of Stellenbosch Business School graduate and alumni.
