Mariela Sporn is Head of Culture and Communications in the Customer Experience division at Santander Bank in Argentina and founder of EmpatIA. She holds a degree in Communication from the University of San Andrés and a Master's in Strategic and Technological Management from ITBA and EOI, Madrid. With international specializations in business, entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation, she spoke at TEDx on "More Smiles at Work," reflecting her commitment to positive workplace approaches. Mariela's multidisciplinary vision integrates marketing, communication, HR, customer and employee experience, and entrepreneurship. Recognized as a Young Leader of the Americas by the U.S. Department of State, she excelled in key roles at Unilever, Telefónica, and MercadoLibre, and founded her own start up, RealRef. Her leadership in Culture and Communication in Customer Experience Management has been acknowledged with the Gold Award for the Best Customer Experience Strategy by PAMOIC.  She is also speaker at national and international conferences, and contributes to the academic field as a guest professor in the Employee Experience Executive Program at the University of San Andrés (UdeSA). She is also the founder and instructor of the Employee Experience & Customer Experience Communications Bootcamp.
