Master in Strategic and Technological Management, TEDX Speaker, Culture and Communications Leader in Customer Experience at Santander and Co-Founder of EmpatIA.
With a degree in Communication from Universidad de San Andrés and a Master's in Strategic and Technological Management from ITBA-EOI, Mariela Sporn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. She has completed specialized training in the US, Israel, and Spain on business and innovation and is a TEDx speaker, with a talk titled "More Smiles at Work".
She was also selected as a Young Leader of the Americas (YLAI) by the U.S. State Department.
Throughout her professional career, Mariela has worked in multinationals, SMEs, and even founded her own startup, RealRef. Currently, she combines her innovative mindset as a Culture and Communication Leader in Strategy and Customer Experience at Santander and also helps organizations improve their Employee´s and Customer Experience journey through EmpatIA, a startup employing machine learning to infer and understand emotions present in people's communications.
Additionally, she is the co-founder and instructor of the Executive International Bootcamp "Communication Management for Employee and Customer Experience".
